How long does it take to become SSIP accredited with SMAS Worksafe?
With a Complete membership, a full assessment can be completed in as little as one working day; if you choose our Standard membership, your assessment can take up to 7 working days. If you already have a SSIP certificate, then through Deem to Satisfy, you can also become a member of SMAS Worksafe in a single day.
Can I speak to the Assessor if I have any questions?
Yes, as soon as you’ve submitted all of the information required, you will be introduced to one of our expert in-house SMAS Worksafe Assessors.
What if I don’t meet the standards the first time?
97% of all of our members pass on the first time, yet should anything be missing or does not meet the standard, your SMAS Worksafe Assessor will contact you by phone or email to seek clarification.
Can holding a SMAS Worksafe certificate help grow my business?
Once your company is SMAS Worksafe approved, you will become visible to our growing list of clients and buyers who often use the SMAS Worksafe portal to identify potential subcontractors to invite to tender.
