Assessors

The trained experts behind all of our assessments. Approachable and knowledgeable, they’ll be able to help you with any question.

Marketing

The creatives behind the business. Our marketing department plays a key role in growing SMAS as well as sharing our business’s vision and services through multiple channels including our Construction Connects events.

Telesales

Supporting our customers with a service that is fast and responsive is a core aim for our business, and our telemarketing team allows us to do this by offering their support to both existing and new customers with any enquiries they might have.

Finance

Our finance department keeps us in check and makes sure that we’re able to reinvest money into the continued development of our products and staff.

IT Development

Our SMAS Worksafe Portal is industry leading and it’s down to our talented IT team who keep it safe and up and running, whilst continually innovating ways to make it better.

Partnerships

The team responsible for attracting new clients as well as bringing in partnerships to benefit our members and clients and provide them with the best possible experience.
