This includes several ISO Standards, including quality management, and no fewer than eight RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) gold medals.
From the 20 April 2026, K & C Construction has requested that all contractors wishing to remain on their approved contractor list gain Worksafe certification with Smas Worksafe. This would assess them against the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) core criteria, which evaluates businesses’ Health & Safety protocols, training, and procedures.
For any contractors who currently hold SSIP certification, but not with Smas Worksafe, they can complete a Deem to Satisfy (DTS) application, which would “passport” the certification from their original provider to Smas.
