SMAS Worksafe add Live Support to their application process
We have officially launched our Online Support to all Worksafe members completing their online Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) applications.
We appreciate that completing an application, whether renewing or for the first time, can be confusing if you’re not familiar with the process. For that reason, we’re now providing online support directly through the portal so that our members can reach a live assessor who will provide support and guidance to make the process easier.
This support is provided completely free of charge and means that no matter how confident you are with the information we need you to submit – you can be assured that assistance is available to you to make the process simple and easy to complete, as quickly as possible.
Simon Kelly, Technical Manager, says: “It is really important to us that our members are supported when completing an application.
Whilst we apply rigour to our assessment to ensure companies are compliant with their H&S obligations, we can now also provide assistance and guidance upfront to ensure they can make the best, most informed submission to us – and our friendly team of in-house assessors are there to do exactly that.”
Members wishing to speak to an assessor live can simply select the LiveChat option online during their application.
The platform’s chat feature is available Monday to Friday from 9am – 4pm
