Your SSIP questions answered

If you’ve been asked to get SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) certified, it’s because the client you’re working with wants all their suppliers to meet the same recognised Health & Safety standard.
Our Worksafe package will get you SSIP certified. Simply note down your details in the form above, and we’ll be in touch. Once the process begins, you’ll be required to show evidence that you meet the SSIP Core Criteria, but we’ll be there to help you every step of the way.
A Smas SSIP certification lasts for 12 months before you need to renew it. We currently have a 95% renewal rate, and, once again, we’ll be there to help with the process however we can.
We work with organisations across the UK to help them assess, monitor, and improve their supply chains – ensuring contractors and suppliers meet the right standards. From Health & Safety to environmental and quality assurance, we simplify compliance and reduce risk to help build safer and more responsible supply chains.
If you’re already certified, we offer a Deem to Satisfy (DTS) package, which essentially passports you over from your existing provider to Smas, if everything is in order with your current certificate. You can find out more about DTS here.
